DUTCH Completeโ„ข

The DUTCH Complete test takes hormone testing to a whole new level. This test looks at sex hormones and their metabolites, the overall diurnal pattern of free cortisol, and the total and distribution of cortisol metabolites in addition to OATs (Organic Acid Tests) which provide insight into nutritional deficiencies, oxidative stress, gut dysbiosis, melatonin, neuroinflammation and more. Sex hormones, measuring estrogen and androgen metabolites gives a fuller picture for more precise clinical diagnosis of hormonal imbalances and HRT monitoring.

DUTCH Cycle Mappingโ„ข

For some women, testing reproductive hormones (progesterone, estrogen, etc.) on a single day is sufficient. In other scenarios, the clinical picture cannot be properly captured without โ€œmappingโ€ out the hormonal pattern throughout their menstrual cycle. The expected pattern of hormones shows relatively low estrogen levels early in the cycle, a surge around ovulation and modest levels in the latter third of the cycle (the luteal phase). Progesterone levels, on the other hand, stay relatively low until after ovulation. After ovulation, levels ideally increase (>10-fold) and then drop back down at the end of the cycle. A disruption in this cycle can lead to infertility or hormonal imbalance.

DUTCH Cycle Mappingโ„ข PLUS

The DUTCH Cycle Mappingโ„ข PLUS not only maps estrogen and progesterone through the monthly menstrual cycle, but also adds the comprehensiveness of all the hormone metabolites along with the cortisol awakening response (CAR).

$679.00

DUTCH Plusยฎ

The DUTCH Plus is a comprehensive dried urine and saliva test that maximizes the available information from sex and adrenal hormone production and metabolism. With easy, at-home sample collection over the course of one day, providers can gain insights into the overall diurnal pattern of free cortisol and cortisone, along with the total distribution of cortisol metabolites. This test offers further insight by including organic acid testing, which evaluates potential nutritional deficiencies, oxidative stress, gut dysbiosis, melatonin levels, and neuroinflammation.

Motherโ€™s Milk (DHA Test)

The Motherโ€™s Milk DHA Test measures the amount of omega-3 DHA in breast milk. Studies show breast milk is the best way to deliver DHA to your growing baby.

$49.00

Omega 3 Index Complete Test

The Omega-3 Index Complete Test measures all the fatty acids in the blood, and reports levels of all 24 fatty acids as well as the Omega-3 index, Ratios, and the Trans Fat Index.

$99.00

Organic Acids Test

The Organic Acids Test provides a snapshot of the metabolism, based on a comprehensive assessment of 76 unique urinary metabolites. These small, discarded organic acid molecules are by-products of human cellular activity, the digestion of foods, and the metabolism of gastrointestinal flora. Specimens from individuals with a chronic illness, allergic condition, or neurological disorder often have one or more abnormal organic acids. Some organic compounds are produced by an overgrowth of gastrointestinal yeast and/or bacteria species due to impaired immune function or exposure to broad-spectrum antibiotics. Identification of yeast or bacterial overgrowth, paired with successful treatment can eradicate or markedly reduce patientsโ€™ symptoms and significantly increase the likelihood of recovery. The Great Plains Laboratoryโ€™s Organic Acids Test is the most comprehensive test of its kind. It evaluates yeast and bacterial overgrowth, vitamin and antioxidant levels, fatty acid metabolism, neurotransmitter levels, inborn errors of metabolism (including oxalate levels), mitochondrial function, oxidative stress, detoxification, and much more.

$450.00

Prenatal DHA

The Prenatal DHA Test measures the amount of DHA in the blood. Studies show 5% is the level women should shoot for during pregnancy.

Recurrent UTIs and Bladder Infections: The Hormonal Connection Every Woman Should Know

Recurrent bladder infections affect millions of women and are one of the most common reasons for repeated antibiotic use. While bacteria are responsible for causing urinary tract infections, the question often remains: why do some women continue to develop infection after infection while others rarely experience one? The answer may lie in the bodyโ€™s ownโ€ฆ

Why Hyperpigmentation Happens Even Without Sun Exposure

Hyperpigmentation is one of the most misunderstood skin problems because most people still believe it starts with the sun. Thatโ€™s also why so many women spend years on expensive skincare, chemical peels, lasers, and brightening products, only to watch pigmentation come back months later. The truth is that dark spots often start much deeper thanโ€ฆ

Why Is Cholesterol High? 5 Hidden Reasons

When people hear high cholesterol, the immediate assumption is often: I ate too much fat. I need to avoid eggs. I probably need medication. But cholesterol is one of the most misunderstood molecules in the body. Cholesterol is not simply something that builds up and causes problems. Minerals: The Missing Link to Cellular Energy, Hormone Balance, and Whole-Body Health

Most people know vitamins are important โ€” but few realize that minerals are the โ€œspark plugsโ€ of your cells. They activate the enzymes that drive nearly every process in your body, from hormone production to detoxification to energy creation. The Circulation Secret: Why Nitric Oxide Is the Missing Link in Heart and Sexual Health

Nitric oxide (NO) is a tiny gas molecule with a big impact on your health. Produced naturally by your body, it acts as a cellular messenger, telling blood vessels when to relax and widen โ€” a process called vasodilation. This improved circulation supports everything from brain function to muscle performance to sexual health. Unfortunately, nitricโ€ฆ
