A focused, one-time clinical consultation — offered in our Lake Tahoe office.

This is the same in-depth Essential Initial consultation, provided in person for those who prefer a more direct, face-to-face experience.

We offer this at a reduced rate to support our local community, including those who may benefit from in-person care, as well as visitors to Lake Tahoe who want to incorporate a deeper health evaluation into their time here.

As with all initial consultations, your case is reviewed in advance by our team. We take a thoughtful, individualized approach — without relying on automated protocols — and focus on understanding your health at a deeper level.

• One 90-minute private, in-person consultation
• In-depth interpretation of existing blood work using functional, optimal ranges
• Review of additional labs (including OAT, DUTCH, GI, mold/mycotoxin testing, and standard panels, if available)
• Personalized written summary with clear clinical recommendations
• Supplement, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance tailored to your case
• Discussion of in-office therapies such as nailfold capillaroscopy and IV therapy, when appropriate — with integration into your treatment plan without the need for a separate consultation
• Email follow-up for 1 week after your consultation
