Important

Do not pay at Labcorp

If you make an additional payment at the Labcorp office, that money cannot be refunded. Please be careful and simply present your requisition form at the time of your blood draw - no additional payment is required.

Lab tests are only available in the U.S. and not available in NY, NJ or RI — but residents of these states may test in other U.S. states.

Step 1

Place your order

  • Go to the Blood Tests section of our website.
  • Choose the test or panel that fits your needs.
  • Add it to your cart - each test can only be added once.
  • A $10 LabCorp blood draw fee will be added automatically.
  • Review your cart. If the same biomarker appears in both a panel and an individual test, we’ll let you know.
  • Continue to Checkout.
  • Enter your payment information.
  • Enter the patient details (first name, last name, and email) for the person who will take the test.
  • Complete your purchase.
Step 2

After You Pay

  • Your order will be processed by our partner - RupaHealth.
  • You’ll receive an email from RupaHealth with a link to create a patient account.
  • After you register, you’ll get your lab requisition form (your official order).
  • You’ll need to bring this form to LabCorp (either printed or on your phone).
Step 3

Get Ready for Your Test

  • Blood draws are done only at LabCorp locations, Monday through Friday.
  • Most tests require fasting for 12-14 hours before your appointment.
  • Some tests may have extra preparation steps (you’ll find these in your test instructions).
  • The cost of the blood draw is already covered — you don’t need to pay anything extra at LabCorp.
  • You will not receive an at-home kit — your sample must be collected at LabCorp.
  • LabCorp does not accept GetLabs for this service.
Step 4

Schedule Your LabCorp Appointment

  • Visit LabCorp’s appointment page.
  • Enter your ZIP code or address.
  • Choose a LabCorp location near you.
  • Select a date and time that works best.
  • When asked about payment, choose “I already paid or someone else is responsible”.
Step 5

What to Bring to Your Appointment

  • A valid photo ID (your name must match the information on your RupaHealth order).
  • Your lab requisition form (printed or saved on your phone).
Step 6

On the Day of Your Test

  • A trained phlebotomist at LabCorp will collect your blood sample.
  • Your sample will be processed and sent to the lab for testing.
Step 7

Getting Your Results

  • Results are usually ready within 1–10 business days after your blood draw.
  • You’ll receive your results by email from RupaHealth.
