Immature Granulocytes Count details
Description
This counts the actual number of immature granulocytes — young, not-yet-mature white blood cells — circulating in your blood. Like the percentage measurement, an elevated count can be an early sign of infection, inflammation, or significant bone marrow stress, since these immature cells are normally released into circulation only when the bone marrow is working overtime to keep up with an increased demand for white blood cells.
